Thick Wood Edgebanding Rolls

Edgemate produces a full line of Thick coiled veneer edgebanding products in America. Thick veneer coils are constructed using only our finest real wood veneers laminated together in layers using an exclusive state of the art PUR adhesive process. The veneers are color matched and laminated to provide a consistent continuous thick roll product. The PUR technology ensure better flexibility and provides a water and finish resistant glue line which is not available in standard PVA laminated products imported from Europe and Asia. Thick veneer coils are available in over 30 species many from stock in small minimums and short lead times. Because the material is made in America, it does not sit on container ships drying out before it ever reaches American shores.

Thick veneer coils offer many advantages and efficiencies over solid strips. Coils provide high machine throughput, minimize waste and reduce edgebanding inventory requirements. They also provide a material that will not warp or twist and are consistent thickness and width. Thick veneer coils are available in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm thickness.hickness and width and will not warp or twist. Thick Veneer coiled edgings are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.1mm to 4.6mm.

No Formaldehyde, All Wood Construction

Edgemate thick roll layers are laminated together using a specially formulated PUR adhesive which contains no Formaldehyde and provides superior flexibility and reduced coil memory. We use only natural inner plys and A grade face veneer, no reconstituted veneers are used for inner ply unless specified by the customer. 100% single specie construction to ensure great finishing and color consistency.
